Timelines
Many Jkohlver pieces are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days.
Pieces available to order, made to order, or requiring sizing may require additional preparation time. Any extended lead time will be communicated before your order is fulfilled.
Returns and
Exchanges
Eligible jewellery may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and returned with its original packaging and documentation.
Complimentary return shipping is provided for eligible returns within Canada. Contact us to begin your return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Items We Cannot Return
Bespoke and custom pieces, engraved or personalized items, altered or resized pieces, and specially ordered jewellery are not eligible for return.
